Hummingbird Hill is a high-end property development in the heart of Langley. Our community is built around the idea of creating a welcoming and inclusive neighbourhood, where families can thrive and grow. At Hummingbird Hill, we strive to provide our residents with the highest standard of living while minimizing our environmental footprint. We believe that luxury and sustainability can coexist, and we are committed to promoting a greener, more harmonious way of living.

The name HummingBird Hill was inspired by Langley’s great variety of habitats that extends from the Fraser River to the North which is home to a large cross section of birds. Specifically, 2 different species of hummingbirds are found in Langley; Anna’s Hummingbird and the Rufous Hummingbird.
Hummingbirds are also often associated with nature, and can evoke feelings of serenity, tranquility and peacefulness. Additionally, many cultures have symbolic meanings associated with hummingbirds, such as joy & playfulness - therefore catering to the family friendly values that Hummingbird Hill holds.
